Alright guys and girls. Suggest a good two point sling for my AR. Im looking for someting $50 or less, and also must have a quick extend feature to switch from right to left shoulder without taking the sling off. Thanks all.

I bought one of these http://www.redi-mag.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=25 and I'm very happy with it. I also bought their kevlar front sling adapter and that has worked very well also. It's super easy and fast to change the size of the sling, just grab the little handle, put some tension on the sling and slide it one way or the other. Nice price and made in the USA too!

I will second the Vickers suggestion. I recently switched from single point to 2 Point Vickers and they are great.

Got to watch Larry run his VTAC in a class. Seems to work pretty well. Very convinient for the switch-shoulder drills we were doing.

VCAS. Good retention, but still allows for side to side transitions, and you can even make a nice arm loop with it and use it as a target sling.

I think you mean the VCAS (Vickers Combat Applications Sling). The VTAC is made by Kyle Lamb for Vikings Tactics.

Both are great slings; but for me the VTAC and Magpul MS2 are easier to adjust more slack into the sling, while the VCAS is easier to tighten up. I own both the VCAS and the MS2; but I prefer the MS2 just for its versatility.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I will try and track down a VCAS. I now recall watching "Tactical Impact" on the Sportsmans Channel and he was showing off that sling.
