Two questions on using a trust for NFA acquisitions

They wouldnt notarize a trust they didnt draft. It could have been anything else but not a trust. Took it to 3 different banks and no dice in any of them and I have long standing accounts in all three.They wouldnt budge. BofA , Chase and Washington Federal.

I have never heard of such a thing. If it were just one bank, I'd suggest you find another bank. All three? Crazy.

Yep. All three in one day. Finding another bank isn't an option. Thats all three in town. Not the first time either. Tried it 10 years ago in a different state/town and 2 banks wouldnt do it either. Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo. Ended up going to the UPS store . The clerk had a notary .I even had the "plus" package at one of the banks which is supposed to include free notary signoffs among other things. They still wouldnt notarize a trust they didnt draft.
