Thank, I even surprised myself. Better than you'd expect wit 3" barrel and skinny sights. The gun shoots to point of aim with these loads. 15 total shots and I missed two.

Howdy

Is it just me or is the grip on that revolver a little bit longer than standard?

By the way, I had an Uberti Cattleman years ago with a bright robin's egg blue finish like that.

The blue was not very robust. Within one season my sweaty hand had completely removed the blue on the backstrap, causing the underlying steel to turn dark gray.

Hope the blue on your revolver is not as fragile.

Standard size. I put my little hands on that morning. No, I think I take a high grip to better reach the hammer.

The bright blue in just on the cylinder and barrel. The backstrap and trigger guard is dark blue. It was made in 1999 and probably been in display case and gun shows a lot. So far, the bluing on the side of the cylinder looks a little thin in good light.

This is the earlier video showing more details of the gun.

Another fun video, thanks! Sorry your audience walked out -- what was their beef? :)

Love it.

I'm guessing that's Uberti's charcoal blue finish? It's beautiful.

Yes, that's the finish. I just couldn't come up with the name when I was shooting the video.

We went to a small reloading supply shop to get some powder and such. The guy sold a few guns. He had this one in his case. Said it was old inventory that the distributor had marked down to move. While I was distracted looking at other stuff, my wife was negotiating a deal on the gun. She's not shot it. I've only shot it making two videos.
