pronounce? Boy did I spell that right.

The title says it all, I have one of these delightful shotguns, but have no idea how the name is pronounced.

From my searching on th enet it appears to me to be the family name, but that doesn't sound right either. They come from the basque area in Spain it seems and it is very well made, balances well and is lively. The chokes seem to be full and really full.

Thanks, Mick.

PS, no I don't want to sell it. :D

Yeah, these are some of the best mid level Spanish made double guns ever made.
Bill Hanus Birdguns used to be made on Ugartachea shotguns though I think they have moved to a Turkish manufacturer due to Dollar/Euro price concerns.

Ugartachea shotguns are now priced $1000.00 and up but they can still be found on the used gun marhet at giveaway prices because most dealers don't know what they are and think they are just another cheap 'furrin' shotgun.

I pheasant hunt with a guy from time to time who uses an Ugartachea 28 guage side by side.
Sweet gun.
