Hey guys, I'm new to reloading. Just got equipment yesterday, actually.
So far everything is straightforward. I decapped 35 pieces of 7.62x54r brass this morning, but now I've possibly got a little issue.
I got an ultrasonic case cleaner to eliminate the possibility of lead-contaminated dust from a tumbler. The problem I have is disposal of the dirty cleaning solution after cleaning cases.
Is the stuff safe to just pour down the sink, or is there some other method I should use to dispose of it?
I have not yet run the ultrasonic, nor is there anything in it as of yet. It's fresh out of the box.
By the way, not looking to turn this into an ultrasonic vs. tumbler thread, I saw enough of those searching the web for help with this.
