Under-Desk Safe?

I've got a standard gunvault mini handgun safe in a cabinet at the office. Works well enough, but deployment can be slow since I have to get up, open the door, enter the code, etc.

I'm wondering if there are any practical under-desk variations on this type of handgun safe that folks have found useful. Something unobstructive to be drilled into the underside of a desk.
 
I like the look of that one!

In the mean time, though, I flipped the gunvault mini upside down with two scrap boards for mounting and have fixed it directly under my desk. Switched it to "silent" mode and it works well enough, though the presentation is nowhere near as nice as yours.
