Unfamiliar headstamp

Hi folks,

I'm trying to track down a .308 headstamp. Starting at the 9 o'clock position is a 0, 12 o'clock 308W, 3 o'clock 0, and 6 o'clock 82, 83, or 84 (obviously the date of manufacter). One more time: 0 308W 0 and two digit year.

I've tried a couple of websites without any matches, the closest was eastern Europe but not verified. It is brass and not steel, tested with a magnet. There appears to be a red primer sealant around the primer's edge.

I'd like to reload the 50 cases I collected, any help is appreciated.

This is old Sellier & Bellot 308, it was sold by SAMCO Global, it was corrosive, and the cases are Berdan primed and not readily reloadable. Scrap brass.
