Has anyone had problems with the "MIC ADJUSTMENT SCREW LG"?

Mine seems to hang up while adjusting it up and down. Is there any fixes or should I just phone RCBS?

The Uniflow is an ultra simple piece of equipment. The adjusting stem is threaded, which makes it travel in and out depending on the way you've turned it. So either a piece of powder is caught between the piston and cylinder, or the threads have a small buggered up place.

Unscrew the knurled adjuster lock nut all the way. Loosen the now exposed hex nut all the way. The drum and adjusting stem can then be removed from the green body and examined. This will take all of 2 minutes.

I've already done that. When I turn the adjusting stem by hand while moving it up and down it hangs sometimes. My thought is either the stem or drum isn't totally round in spots.
