While trying to load some 9mm I noticed that my Unique powder is sticking to the sides of the brass (while trying to dump it out and measure) and clumping. It's pretty dry here and my powder is climate controlled. Any chance of static causing this? Should I have a concern?

Do you think it will affect the performance of the powder if I do nothing?

No, but it is not a good thing if you can avoid it for a $buck 2.98 for a can of Static Guard.

If it's sticking to the cases, it is very likely sticking to the powder measure too.

That could lead to powder bridging and goofy charges.

What exactly should be sprayed? I noticed this problem also.

You can spray everything except the primers & powder itself.

Usually, a light mist on the floor where you shuffle your fuzzy bunny slippers, and the powder measure hopper on the outside takes care of it.
I have used a light spritz on the inside of the hopper, scale pan, loading blocks, and powder funnel in severe conditions.

You can lightly mist the cases too if you want.

The thing is, just don't soak anything down with it, because you don't need too use much for it to work.

Also, you can take a dryer sheet and wipe down the inside of your powder hopper. The wax helps alleviate static.

If you are really dry and have a lot of static, remember to ground your press
