So I told you guys that I would give an update as I got it and here it is. Short Story: I had a gunsmith, blueprint the action, lap the lugs, rebarrel the rifle (bartlein 1:9 twist 23"), glass bedding, free float barrel, cerkoted rifle, added a rifle basix trigger.

That is shot 5-7 at 100yds that lower shot is a cold bore "fouling" with Hornady Whitetail 139gr Interlock SP
 
Looks good, glad it worked out for you. My SPS Varmint in 7mm-08 really likes 150/154gr bullets and RL-15 and Win760. RL-15 won't give max velocities but it sure take game with no problems and is very accurate with Sierra 150's. The gun really doesn't care for 139/140gr bullets.

Thanks I'm glad with the way it turned out. I'm planning to try 140gr Accubonds over RL-17 but I can also try IMR4350, IMR 4064, or Varget so I'm sure I can come up with something that shoots well. This was just to sight the rifle in so I could hunt with it this year. I'll start load development in the off season.
