Upper receiver shipping delayed?

Ok I don't know if this is the right section for this, but my Grandmother (62) ordered an Upper (stripped) from surplusammo for an AR we are building to take to the range (yes granny can shoot lol) and when I checked the UPS tracking # today it said:

Hodgkins, IL, United States 04/04/2011 1:00 P.M. Pkg delay-add'l security check by gov't or other agency- beyond UPS control.

I mean what is going on? Its an Upper receiver

Please advice?

Well it was stopped in IL, we are Florida residents.. Yet she has had no problems buying guns at gun show....

Where was the upper coming from? I'd say that any firearm or major firearm part going through IL, NJ, NY or California might need to be inspected "just because they can".

I may be paranoid, but that doesn't mean they're not out to get me.

I misunderstood... I thought you were residents of IL.... that's just where the package is, never mind

The only thing I can think of is some idiot thinks it's a firearm being shipped interstate to a non-FFL.
