Clearly you don't even have a basic understanding of how of government works. The petition is to get a response from the White House. The House of Representatives has the sole power for impeachment. If you wanted to go for expulsion, which seems more appropriate, you'd need to convince 2/3 of the Senate.

Frankly, this petition is an embarrassing waste of time.
