Why does your soldiers use your flag backward on their uniform arm???
USA flag.

Not that this is remotely gun related, but the answer is so that it looks as those it is being carried forward. It is only reversed on the right arm.

US flag is worn as shoulder patchs with the
blue field (stars) facing forward,
so on the left shoulder, the
