...well shocking to me at least. Now as I understand it, USA TODAY is one of the MSM antigun heavyweights. As recently as last month they have called for the renewal of the AWB, closing the gun show "loophole", and improving the NCIS system as ways to prevent future large scale shootings like VT. There is an often used antigun quote from them although I can't recall it at the moment.
So anyway.........
I open up my copy this morning (I know, I know why do I subscribe to an antigun paper, I can't help it, it was a birthday gift and I do like to read it everyday) and what do I see but an ad for Henry rifles
I had to look three or four times to make sure I wasn't reading one of my gun rags. I don't know how often they advertise firearms manufacturers but I have never seen one in any MSM publication (Time, Newsweek, WSJ, USA TODAY, etc.) ever. I was very surprised and confused.
It's probably not as big a deal as I am making it out to be but USA TODAY is an avowed antigun entity, to the best of my knowledge, and here they are with an advertisement for firearms.
Any ideas on what's up with that?
