Used 870 Police Magnum

I am in the market for a used pump shorgun for primarily home defense purposes. I am relatively new to shotguns so I researched online and narrowed down to 870 or Mossy 590A1. I came across a blued one with polished walnut woodstock and receiver marked "870 Police Magnum" It looks to be in very good condition with very little dings. Is $320 a good price?

$320 is on the high side,IMO, but if that's all that's available, go for it.

Used Police style 870s can still be found sometimes for $200, a couple of recent threads say so.

More typically, $250 up.
