I have that Janich DVD unopened and will sell it for $30 shipped...it's $40 + shipping elsewhere. Mods please remove this if it's not appropriate but I just remembered I bought it and have never gotten around to viewing it.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm going to delve a little deeper into some of those DVDs and decide which one suits me the best.

I guess like most things it just takes time to get accustomed to. Like I said, I do not feel like prey, but feel like others may view me as easy prey. I'm still trying to remain optimistic that the VA is going to find a way to help.
