I have a S&W M&P 9c and a few of the 17 round magazines. I am going to shoot in my first match tomorrow with it. I want to use the magazine adapters to get a full grip. Is that legal in production class?

I believe as long as it's a factory part and the gun still fits the box with it installed you should be good to go.

In Production? I think that they would count as a magazine extension
.
For CZ, they make a 16rd AND a 18/19 rd mag for the 75 model. Two "optional' mags. They are legal in Production.

Years ago, I started USPSA with a Sig239. They make an 8rd AND a 10rd optional mag that was legal at that time.

A mag extension may not qualify as "stock" unless it's shown as approved. "

— UNLESS a modification is SPECIFICALLY authorized in the rules or
SPECIFICALLY authorized in an official, published NROI interpretation, it
is considered a PROHIBITED MODIFICATION."

This NROI interpretation is why I think they might be legal

21.7 (New) Magazines Prior restrictions on magazines have been lifted. OEM and aftermarket magazines and base-pads may be used. However, any and all magazines used in competition, must fit into the USPSA box while empty and inserted in the handgun as described in item 7 of this appendix. Grip tape and/or skate board tape are specifically allowed on magazines and base-pads.

Heh, thanks 'waktasz', that Is good to know.

Playing the devil's advocate, Is a mag extension a base-pad?

One rule in the military: Never ask a question you don't want to here the answer too. "Most" of these start with "Can I...."?

May be applicable here.

I would say yes, but then again I'm not a match director or CRO. Best thing to do would be to email John Amidon and ask.
