Utah gunsmith

I need to find a gunsmith in Utah to put together my DSA receiver and kit FAL. I seem to recall that there may be a mod here who owns or works at a shop somewhere in Draper, I believe? Anyone know who I'm talking about and maybe the name of their shop?

Barring that (in case I'm losing my mind, a distinct possibility) does anyone here know a reputable smith who can put my FAL together for me?
