Utah Non-Resident Permit Process?

I'm planning on taking a vacation to southern Utah next month, and with the timing of recent talk in another thread on possibly closing down non-resident permits, it seems like now is a good time to go for it. The only problem is that I won't turn 21 for another three months. Is there any way I can take a Utah concealed carry course while there, or is it mandatory that one must be 21 to take the course itself? Are there any places outside of Utah that offer the course? What are my options?

Let us know what state your in. I just took the ccwusa.com class and sent my paper work in. They advised us they UTAH non-res permits are in like the 10's of thousands so I doubt they will close them out. If your not you will not be able to get the permit. You can take the course whilst you are there however because its just a different form the actual course is the same.
