I have a moot court case which springs from the unintentional discharge of a dropped Uzi. I'm looking for figures or drop-test information or Israeli firearm standards which would tend towards such discharge as unlikely/improbable. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Full auto Uzi, or semi-auto american model?

I cannot envision any way a real Uzi SMG could possibly drop fire unless the user loaded the chamber and then lowered the bolt on it slowly.
Then dropped it on the muzzle.

Ditto; which Uzi? From my understanding, the Uzi SMG was designed specifically to prevent firing when dropped, as this was a known problem with open-bolt guns before it was designed (the grip safety is supposed to catch the bolt if it moves rearward).

This has happened in Israeli use, but as far as I'm aware, only when the users taped or rubber-banded the grip safety into the "off" position, thereby allowing the very accident that the grip safety was added to prevent.
