I just got back from a week of doing mostly "touristy" stuff.
I used a Belt Pak, from Uncle Mike's for the first time.
It is a small pouch that you wear on your belt, with a Velcro "tear away" panel that conceals the gun in the back of the pouch.
You can access your wallet, keys, etc. without the gun becoming visible.

I have a Bagmaster fanny pack, but have never felt comfortable wearing it in public. I feel that a fanny pack on me, if I'm not hiking in the woods, screams "Gun!".
The Belt Pak is much smaller, and looks more like something that would hold a PDM or cell phone. It works well with a PM9, and would also carry a small .38, P11, Walther .380 or other similarly sized gun.
I knew I would be wearing shorts, and walking a lot, and pocket carry would not always work out.

I carried the Belt Pak last week while hiking, shopping, and eating in resturants.
With a Kahr PM9 in the pack, I quickly forgot that I was wearing it.
(Not surprising, since the gun is comfortable carried in the pocket.)
I was watching for the reactions of others while shopping and eating.
No one even glanced at the Belt Pak!

When I wore shorts that had built-in belts, or elastic waists, I switched to a KelTec P32, carried in a Don Hume pocket holster.
Even with elastic waist shorts, the P32 was no problem.

The two guns, with flexible carry options made vacation carry a breeze.

I like the uncle mikes belt pack alot.

I like that you use your regular belt, its more secure and much less noticable than your standard fanny pack.

I use a very similar set up only I have a P3AT ;)
