Value of a 1911A1 'parts' gun?

    Acquired long time ago in an estate sale....AMT SS frame, Remington-Rand slide, supposedly set up by competent .45 builder. Shoots great. Looking for ANY ideas of value as I would like to off it for a XD. Thanks.

    'proly somewhere in the neighborhood of $350~! With one additional C-note
    (and sales tax, if applicable?) you should be able to trade for a NIB XD~! :scrutiny: ;)

    Have another, a 1911 that's really been tricked out, got it many moons ago as well. Shot a friends XD awhile back and really liked it.
