Value of paper shells

I'm trying to find an approximate value of some paper shells, I've looked on multiple sites and looks to really vary. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks

So far I've found that the 16ga Winchester Repeater Shells were made between 1896-1938 and after 1927 most had "made in the USA" on them, mine do not. So, I'm guessing mine are somewhere between 1896-1927. I'll try to narrow them down some more.

I neglected to look at the bottom of the 16ga box.... Patent indicates they are at least newer than 1903
