My favorite was one I saw many years ago - "SHT-BCK". Always led people to some interesting variations......

Hey Magsnubby - "This is what comes from empire building!"

Years ago (early 80s) I worked for the DMV while I was going to night school. I was sent out to our main office to pick up a set of plates requested by J.D. Jones. The plates were: 375 JDJ.
The people that sent me there probably didn't know who JD Jones was or what 375 JDJ meant, but I did. At that time, JD was a member of the same gun club that I was and my dad was and I had seen the 375 JDJ fired and seen pictures of game it had taken on safari.

(JD Jones owns SSK Industries: http://www.sskindustries.com/ 375 JDJ is a cartridge JD designed for taking big game with the Thompson Center Contender pistol back when handgun hunting was sort of a newish thing).

Here's mine.

Just the other day I saw a Lexus with a plate that said ARM DLR

Actually, I'll bet he has a business that sells prosthetics. Too bad he thought of it first. If I'd thought of it, I would have opened a business like that, just so I could get the plate!:D

Someone around here has FLNTLCK. I, however, gave up vanity plates for Lent, along with going to church.:p

Hey Tom!

Welcome to THR, neighbor. You must live around here, 'cause I've seen that plate more than once.:)

"SMELLY"

Magnumsnubby. SMLE = "Short Magazine Lee Enfield." My fave bolt action military long gun.

Cheers!!

Bill

Not a plate, but...

My favorite San Antonio bumper sticker:

"Honk if you've never seen an Uzi fired from a car window."
