Soon We'll be required to carry cross sticks,and range finders.and fit our rifles with wind gauges. I've even been guilty of the last day practice of "I bet I can hit that rock" at 400-450 yards. It's a matter of weapon familiarity! If you just sight in on paper You should get pretty good at hitting animals at exact distances(if You know the distance). If You take the shot You finish the animal,even if You have to spend the rest of that day tracking. Done that too!

my uncle believes hanging a dead groundhog over a barb wire fence "scares" the others.i think its silly.snapping turtles love groundhogs.i enjoy getting the turtles.I feed them and they feed me.lol
