Hello all,

I was recently offered a job as an engineer in the Utah oil fields, and was wondering about the area. Any of you from around those parts? I have heard the hunting is supreme, but wanted to get some input from some locals (if any on this board)

I was offered a job with Baker Hughes doing hydraulic fracturing.

I live in Duchesne County which is the adjacent county. Hunting is good in this area, especially elk hunting. The state is really messing up the deer hunting which is not as good as in years past. Also have year around unrestricted hunting of coyotes and jack rabbits, no license required. Also great fishing and beautiful scenery.
