I am having to post the main image URL in this post.... tho have viewed in another window. Great pic!!!! So what's the story??

my.php

A question tho - I see you often post this ''nested'' URL set - for a thumbnail and then click on that for main pic. Is that copied from properties on another site? I never see anything ... one other guy too has probs. Others funnily enough say they see the pic.

I can enter URL of small or large, in separate window and get pic ... and then sometimes it seems once cached, it'll show! Wierd.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hmmm ... seems even that one image on its own won't show ... this occurs in Opera and IE as well. I guess you are copying image properties from thumbnail on Image Shack... yeah?
P95,
Last week while hunting in Texas I shot a good sized sow with my .470NE. After I went to process her for the meat bin I heard my dog start a ruckus up the way. So I went to investigate and found him involved in a death strugle with vicious little sow in the picture.
I rescued my dog from sure death and brought the pig home to my girls. They named her Oreo. The pig has taken to the girls and they've taken to her. Just one big happy family I guess.. ;)
Yes I am copying the properties from Image Shack. Do you have a better option? I am computer illiterate basically so it needs to be simple.. :)
H&H ... Guess the new addition is ''settled'' eh!? But for how long!?? :evil:
Hmmm well, it's still odd that the main big pic didn't show in my post. Generally speaking, you can put the main (large) image inside the img tags and it'll show but for some reason the image shack URL doesn't seem very friendly!!
Next time .... try isolating the main image URL ...
Inside just the ''img'' tags ... tho in this case it seems loathe to show anyways. Still puzzled!! Mind you, this URL looks quite ''odd'' and is not a classic ''www'' style link. Maybe they don't want hot linking ... I dunno!! Gotta find a workaround on this.
Baby shampoo is good for washing little pigs. Don't let anyone tell you it makes the meat taste funny, it was just their imagination! :D
Sure to make a beautiful rug someday!
I've heard they actually make great pets.
Tip: If you find her getting into cupboards or anywhere else she isn't supposed to be, rub a little ammonia on the frame of the door and she'll avoid them like the plague.
Good luck!
something like that
is why i no longer hunt coons
a mother coon had a litter in the actic of my uncles house, the "exterminator" ran mom and all but one of the little ones out that one fell between the walls.
long story short i became surage mom to a baby coon and raised her to an adult. never ate them before anyway so i just don't shoot them any more.
We had a few little porkers when I lived at home. The biggest mistake was when my parents let my little sisters name the things. We were all one big happy family for about 9 months. Then it was time to ship Slyvester and Top Gun off to the locker.(actually my bro and I named one too) That is when things got a little messy.
Yeah, what is the long term plan for the little porker?
Chris,
I haven't broached that subject yet..
But for now she'll just be another edition to our already large collection of strays and assorted wild beasts. You see my wife is a veternarian who tends to collect all the charity cases that come her way. :) My barn runnith over..
But whatever happens she will not be rereleased into wild as hogs are such a destructive pest.
I'm thinking of keeping her as a training tool for my hog dogs. Train my pups where the dangerous end is and such. ;)
H&H I noticed that you use dogs to hunt hogs. I am curious to know your dogs wear a neck gaurd like some of the hunting dogs I have seen in Australia. I don't remember what they were hunting in Aus but I remember that for dangerous game they will outfit dogs with a large canvas collar.
sturmruger,
I haven't used any dog armor. But now that my dog has graduated from just baying and hazing hogs to actually latching onto ears I'm going to have to get him a some armor.
I am looking into a collar and a chest armor set.
St Gunner, is a far more experienced dog man than I when it comes to hogs I think he could shine a much brighter light on the subject.
