I had to send one of my Victorinox down to Swiss Army Brands in Shelton to have a warranty r4epair performed on it. Anybody else have to have one repaired? What was the turn around time (not concerned about shipping time, it won't be leaving Connecticut). I assume they perform the repairs down there, and the knives aren't shipped elsewhere, right?
