So, I've got seven Garands, but in some ways this is my most intriguing one. It is a mix of a Springfield Armory WWII receiver, a HRA bolt, a WWII era Winchester trigger group (got that wrong in the video) and ... a SA barrel from 1964, two years before the Springfield Armory closed.

What's your favorite mixmaster Garand?

They're almost all mixmasters, which was one of the greatest strengths of our weapons in WWII.
