vld chatter

just finished trimming some 300 win mag cases (after anealing, neck sizing, triming). some of them, when i am deburring them with my vld cutter chatter and some do not. i tried changing the pressure. didnt make any difference. i am doing it by hand, and the vld cutter has cut maybe 50 cases. any idea's why?

Some cases are almost ridged inside the neck. (like a "washboarded" dirt road) Get a magnifying glass and check it out.
