I just purchased a Volquartsen tg2000 trigger guard assembly for my 10 22 and upon receipt, I noticed that there is no ejector. The ejector cross pin is there, but no attached ejector to fit into the front slot. I notice that the picture on the Volquartsen site does not show an ejector in the slot for the black assembly, which is the one I purchased, but does show one for the silver. Does anybody have experience with this? Is there some special reason why the black assembly would have no ejector, or am I just supposed to install the factory ejector?

The probably provide one with the silver so the color matches but assume you'd use the stock one on the black kit.

Question Answered, Problem Solved

I emailed Volquartsen and they got right back to me. The answer is, the assembly is supposed to come with an ejector, and they are going to send me one ASAP. Apparently a QC glitch on one of their runs. They are taking care of this quickly, and they have great products, so I would continue to utilize their parts in builds and recommend them. Incidentally, I bought this group through Midway, and it arrived rapidly in intact, original packaging-so definitely no fault of theirs. Also, in the meantime, Volquartsen says the factory ejector will work just fine in this unit.
