I did not like the trigger on my 10/22 when I got it, because it was heavy and had a lot of creep. So I have installed a Volquartsen 10/22 trigger, and find the trigger pull to be too light. It is the lightest trigger I have ever shot, and just a slight touch will trip it. Is there a way to increase the trigger pull on the Volquartsen trigger?

VQ's are not adjustable as far as I know.
I too had a hard, gritty 10/22 trigger and now have around a 3lb trigger pull. I installed a PowerCustom hammer. No fancy springs or shims, just the hammer, and it worked great. I got it with a YellowJacket bolt buffer and a VQ extended mag release, all for around $45. You might want to look into doing the same to your trigger old trigger group, then you can go back and forth between the two and see which one you like best.

so long as it doesnt fire when bumped, ide say try it out.....it may not be as sensitive as you initially think its......

i know when i started shooting match air/smallbore rifles........the triggers seemed to go off just by thinking, but after a while you get used to the sensitivity and now it really doesnt feel that light.....

.....the kicker is when you go back to shooting "normal" triggers......you feel every imperfection in the trigger pull and they feel like you are dragging a boat anchor through a rubble pile....

but definitely try it out for several range sessions and see how you like it after that.
