What a difference for older eyes. In addition to just shooting better immediately, the dot will also show you problems with your trigger pull. For guys like me, that's a big plus. I have an astigmatism, so keeping the intensity down and using prescription glasses really helps keep the dot from blowing out. Had never shot a dot before. You know when you pull the trigger where the hole is going to be.
Today was the first time I got to shoot it. It has been waiting for me for almost 2 months. Had a dislocated elbow and doc said to wait until now to shoot the 45. Damn, it was worth the wait.
Primary Machine did the work. Awesome job, too bad they aren't doing any 1911s any more.
Need to sort out the source of accuracy issues with a 9mm Ronin, but if its me, it will get a dot also.
