I doubt that voting in a four year old poll is going to affect much anyway.

The poll question is "Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?"

The answer, of course, is no. The second amendment does not grant a right, it recognizes it and restrains government from infringing upon it. The Bill of Rights is a restraining order against the government. Naturally, USA Today, written in small words so as not to strain the lips of its intended readers, has bollixed the question.
