VZ52 mag

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? I have one with the rifle but would like a spare or two. Its my favorite new plinker but hate having to reload one mag. If anyone has a link or one sitting around let me know. I can't find anything on the errornet!

You're about a month late. I just sold my VZ52 with two spare mags and 220 rounds thrown into the deal.

They're out there, but not easy to find, and not cheap when you do.

Bob's Gun Parts had some. The better place is to watch trader boards and such. Despite what some people say, the x45 mags with the chamfered floorplate work fine/okay with x39, and you don't need to shell out the serious dough for a x39 slant-bottomed mag.

I agree. Took my repaired VZ52 to my dads farm to test it out. It does have the x39 chamber sleeve and x45 mag. It fed Silver Bear, Tula, and some off brand x39 just fine.

In addition to mags I am also in search of a stock. I found one guy who custom makes them but is not taking orders right now as he is "retooling" his shop. Untill then I will continue to use the M14 retrofit stock it came with. Let me add a pic to show you all my beast of a project plinker.

Mags can be hard to find for those when i had nice i just used striper clips. I got my striper clips off ebay for a good price. Those are fun carbines hope you like yours as much as i liked mine when i had it.
