To all the legal residents in WA state,
Here is just an idea...
How about if everyone who wanted one of these turned up to the Olympia DOL at the same time on the same day and (PEACEFULLY)(NO HEROICS!!) tried to apply for it , make sure that the press and or TV were there to see how many people were affected by this , it would probably get national coverage if not international via the internet and CNN
just as a suggestion on date how about the 5th of November ?
WHY ? some might ask , well look it up in British history and the irony will be apparent .
The only problem I could see with this is we would need a spokesperson to deal with the media in an informed and responsible manner I would love to do it but I'm still a newbie both to the country and to the problem .
Also if anyone were to get heated in any way it would blow the whole thing, passion we must show ,anger definately not .
If any American Citizens were to get involved that would be great !! this is not just our problem ,remember Britain , they didnt ban everything overnight they started on the edges while everyone else said "Oh that doesnt involve us so it doesnt matter " when it comes to firearms infringement it does and can involve everyone .
Ok the ideas out there , the floor is now open for comments , flames etc

Bring it on !! :neener:

I think it is a marvelous idea. I'm not affected, but will lend what support I can. I will not say at this time that I definitely be there, but will start planning on it. If this retired peron's budget can afford the trip, I will try hard to be there.

nm i found the answer to my question

anyways, I support lawful ownershp and use of firearms by all residents of the USA. it seems though that most non-citizens in the US are more concerned with making money (the poor immigrants and the smart immigrants) and there isn't much of a "middle class" of immigrants.

I know we're not supposed to go OT here, but what frosts my ass is the fact that a lot of us legal immigrants work in areas where you would want someone with a very clean background to work, I'm one of those... so I find it particularly insulting when some pissant paper printers have the audacity to rate me as second class.

Due to NDA I can comment no further.

Not OT in my book

As far as I'm concerned thats not off topic helps strengthen the fact that we are trustworthy people that have been through stricter security than most citizens will ever go through just to be here , it makes a nics check look like a walk in the park , other than that on my posts you can go off topic as much as you like , hell you can hijack the thread completely if you want ,:) if it wasnt for you and your other posts bringing this to light I would be running the risk of deportation right now without even knowing that I was breaking the law .... Thank you
