As I have read private sales to a person not a juvie but under 21 is legal in many places correct?? How about WA state?? I havent been able to find anything pertaining to it other than concealed carry laws. I cant seem to find any laws or lack there of that adresses it.

Yep, those between 18 and 21 can buy a handgun through private sale but cannot buy a handgun through an ffl or handgun ammunition though I guess you could make the claim that you are firing the handgun ammunition through a longgun.

Definitely yes, in a private sale in WA you may sell a handgun to someone otherwise not prevented from owning a gun who is 18 years old or older. I've done it myself. I called the Washington State dept. of Licensing to confirm.

The law actually doesn't state anywhere that this is legal, but it also doesn't state that it is illegal, which means to know for sure you have to read every line of Washington State law. The guy at DOL confirmed this, but also confirmed that it was in fact perfectly legal.
