A big thanks to everybody in the Cherbourg building, I think we did well. And if anybody has a link to Randy Carter of the Pink Pistols, I would like to send him a thanks personally, he was a class act with guts.
And thanks, JOE WALDRON!

Did anybody but me think the anti's looked, well, sheeplike? I saw four distinct categories- #1, the tweedy intellectual, #2 the ex-hippie coffeehouse type- never grew up, # 3 the inner city "we gotta stop gun crime," # 4, the young and misled.

A big THANK YOU, sir. I was unable to get down there due to committments, but my heart was on the road. Have not been able to get any word on the hearing, but I look forward to Joe Waldon's next GOAL Post.

We need to get category 4 anti's out to the range, maybe swing them ot our side. Make a few converts.

The news has been laced with either Anna Nicole Smith or 1LT Watada. I'm a little tired of her particular train-wreck, and think that he needs to be detailed to either the Adak National Forest or Diego Garcia.

I didn't make , but a close friend of mine did . Hopefully he will fill me in later tonight when he gets back online

:) Thanks to everyone who showed up. We needed every body!

Got to say hi to Lonnie Wilson (hi again, Lonnie!), and shake hands with a few other folks, but no one else from THR. Next time we all need to wear Molon Labe hats or something.

so how many turned out? I would've come, but I'm on the eastern side of the state right now.

Thanks to all who were able to go, I had to work:( I sure hope the legeslature does the right thing with this but I don't expect it with the current crowd.

From what I gathered from the WA-CCW list, we out numbered the Ceasefire peeps buy a good number.

There are a handful of people that really deserve our thanks, but I'll just say that the WAC is VERY well represented.

I watched the hearing with a sick 2 month old in my arms.

Joe Waldron does ALOT for Washington gun owners. Not only was he able to articulate our position well, but I believe his presence demanded the respect of the Senate panel. Very well done Joe!

Sen. Pam Roach was very entertaining. Definitely passionate and emotional. Not sure if that was convincing to the Sen Kohl-Welles though. I wish she were my senator. My senator, Tracey Eide is the senator that assigns bills to comittees. I am not very happy with this assignment, which was a BIG stretch.
