I'm at Chandler's in Valley Mills. Nice little country range. The skeet club near the airport is supposed to be nice but I have't been there. I'm pretty new to Waco.

Currently pistol and rifle at 25,50,100 yards. They do CHL (summer special). Recently they had to make some improvements but hopefully back in action this weekend!

Try the Central Texas Rifle and Pistol Club out in China Spring. It's off of range road and has been there for about 90 years. I don't know what the membership fee is now, but 2 years ago it was $70 if you are a NRA member. If not a member of the NRA they add the cost of a 1 year membership. 25 and 50yd pistol ranges, 100 and 200yd rifle ranges, a 50/50 blackpowder range that when not in use can be used to shoot anything, as close to the target as you want, 6-7 action pistol bays, and a 100yd competition small bore range. They were still adding stuff to the range when I left. Open from dawn til dusk 365 days a year. The only draw back is last I heard there was a waiting list. You have to attend a "range orientation" which if I remember right was one Sunday a month. I moved out of the area about 2 years ago and really miss the range. I haven't found anything in the DFW area that compares. They also used to have a reciprocal membership agreement with the Waco skeet range out by the airport.

The L. T. Dillon Range is located at Hwy 84 and Joe Russell Rd. it is probably one of the nicer range facilities in all of North Texas and it as a Waco address. It is a private range; but worth checking out when available.
