I complain when I have a problem, but I also give credit where credit is due. I bought a G22 Walther and was concerned that I might lose the little springs one day so I called Walther Americas. I was only asking for a price when the nice lady on the other end asked for my address. I told her that I didn't want to purchase them now, just wanted a price. She told me that she was just going to send them to me free of charge and that it's a pretty common thing to lose the springs. That's really great when a company can step up to the plate like that. This is a good thing too because after my first time cleanning the thing, I wanted to throw it across the room. I still have yet to actually shoot the gun, but my experience with it is getting better. Makes me feel less like an idiot for spending $470 on a .22 plinker. I had a problem with my Ruger P944D, and they took care of me just like this.

CZ has sent me screw to replace the one I snapped the head off of on one of there scope rings and also a set screw for the front sight of my 452 Trainer (screw broke when I attempted to loosen it to adjust the front sight). All free of charge. CZ should really invest in using better quality metal for their screws and bolts.
