Walther PP .22 cal Information

Can anyone give me any insight into the Walther PP .22s? How common are they? Are they still being produced? If not, when did they go out of production? I recently came across one in a small gun shop in 99% condition. It was manufactured in Germany and imported by Interarms. They wanted $325 for the pistol. Is this as good of a deal as it appears to me?

That is indeed a good price. Walther PP in .22 caliber is hard to find. I'd buy it if I were you. They are no longer made.
