I hope this isn't stale or already posted. I was out of town in a warm and sunny tropical place when the SCOTUS cert news came out.

I am passing this on from another staunchly pro-RKBA activist:

Attorney Alan Gura approached an acquaintance of mine at last week's Federalist Society convention and asked if he knew of any military officers (preferably flag rank) who would lend their names to amicus briefs asserting that private ownership is helpful and necessary to have trained recruits and volunteers for military service.

If you are aware of anyone who can help out ... please contact:

Thank you.

What a Senior NCO isn't good enough?

Like a Flag Officer has any clue about the training that takes place, or what makes a good recruit.

NOTE: I do understand why their asking for Flags though. Because to anybody who hasn't been in the military, General sounds alot more impressive than Sergeant Major or Chief Master Sergeant.

Flag Officers are very rarely promoted on Merit, more often than not they just know how to play politics.
