I bought this recurve about 5 years ago and shot it some over 3 years, bowfished a few times with it. Then, I moved to Corpus and just hung it up on nails in the garage for 2 years. (hot summers) Bought a couple of new whixker buscuit arrow rests for it and my compound and on sighting in my Kingfisher, first time I've shot it in 2 years, the limbs appear to be warped! Can I straighten 'em or do I need to purchase new limbs from PSE? Did the heat cause this?

I queried PSE via PM just now about it. Thought I'd ask here, too.

If the limbs are all fiberglass I dont think they can be straightened, if they are a wood laminate sometimes you can straighten them by gently twisting them. You might want to check with a local Pro shop.

Well, I've found via google that it's not an uncommon malady with the Kingfisher and PSE no longer sells replacement limbs for the bow as it's "not cost effective". I would NOT recommend buying this bow for this reason. I liked the bow, but if the limbs aren't going to last, but 5 years, well, I'll take a pass on a new one and just bowfish with my compound, I suppose. I really prefer to bowfish with a recurve, shame.

The bow still shoots, not sure for how much longer the way the top limb is tweaked. Probably can't tweak much more, though, can't see that the bow string would let it. I guess maybe I'll just keep shooting it and see how long I can get away with that.
