Was offered this revolver

    This is a Model 832 H&R S&W32long ,shot 5 times -w/box and papers and two boxes of shells ,i bought a O/U shotgun from this guy a yr ago,he emailed me with this. anyone have any idea what its value would be? [​IMG] ,, it's all original ,are these old clunker going up in price yet. He was asking in the $200 range...Gunhog

    Hey! I think the one on Gunbroker is the exact same one!!!

    It is the same one. He's from Pa. Got an email that Gander would give him $175.00 for it. I told him that was hard to believe unless they knew some one looking for one. i've worked retail and whole sale with gun sales and shops don't offer that kinda dough on that kinda gun .unless there's something I'm not aware of in the market on these things.and that was sold in 2008 ???~~Gunhog

    If Gander will give him $175.00 for it, he better jump on it.

    I wouldn't give $100.00 for it.

    Have seen them local just recently for about $100...And less.

    I had a similar small bore H&R years ago that my aunt gave me when she retired from Johns Hopkins and left Baltimore. I still feel badly about taking $50 from the guy I sold it to.

    P.S. - The .32 Long might be a target round out of some guns, but not out of the H&R I had.

    Price a little steep and not a great demand by shooters or collectors. Decent shooter but you could do better.
