WASRs in 5.45 and .223

I just looked over at AIM and saw that they are going to be selling WASR rifles in 5.45 and .223 soon. I thought you all would like to know.

Leave it to Century to not bother importing proper 5.56 magazines for them. Sheesh. The ban is over already! Their converted bakelites do not work. Oh well, at least there are plenty of other suitable mags out there now.

Weiger, steel, .223 AK mags are available and inexpensive. I think I got mine from J&G Sales, but it was a few years ago. I know I've seen them at several sources.

I use those and the Bulgie waffles in mine with no problems. Still I wish Century would ship them with good mags. The Romanians must have something of their own for use as they transition due to NATO membership.

Oh well, I might pick up another while they are cheap and available. Thanks for the heads up!
