For me, no. I will practice with what I have. There is no need for me to get something new into my head and make the wrong movement next week because I have been training this week for a disability that doesn't exist right now.
That's not how I'd go about it. Get the left hand holster and practice with it at home until you're safe with it (5-30 minutes). Next time at the range, after you're done with the primary skills (which should include weak hand shooting) swap out holsters and practice 10-20 draws with 1-6 shots fired weak hand only. Percentage-wise, it's 5% of your range time.
When put into a fight or flight situation, you fall back onto your training as everyone here knows.
