Granted I don't dryfire and dryslash as much as I should, I was doing some chopstabby tonight with my weak (left) paw for a change. I'm not strong to begin with, but was surprised how quickly my left shoulder got tired.
What percentage of the time, if at all, do you dryfire and dryslash (is there a proper term for practicing with your blade??) with your weak paw?
