Any comments or suggestions?

I don't have pics of this guy in police uniform. The on/off-duty and non-LEO equality aspects would be covered in another poster.

What's the message?

I see a firefighter with a shotgun. The implication is that he's both a firefighter and some sort of LEO. I don't see the propaganda value here. Is it aimed at emergency personnel to use their tools safely? The situation doesn't apply to many others. Are you saying it's "just a tool" when used by authorities? I don't see how that would promote less regulation.

I was trying to show that items often acossiate with murders (axes, guns, and the like) have more common, salubrious uses. Maybe this isn't the picture to use...

Alternate caption for this pic (the turnout gear already shows that he's a firefighter; that he's a rapid response officer is (just) extra information — leave that out?):

You trust me to break down your door in the middle of the night and get you out when you're in trouble.
Do you trust me with the weapons I need to protect myself at my house?

Possibly add:
Fire axes, fire hoses, defibrillators and guns are all tools. Their purpose is to save lives.

{Re-word this however you wish, of course}

How about putting a fire ax in the guy's right hand (while keeping the shottie in his left)?

Might give a better equating of the two tools.

Malone's right.

Very little, if any, propaganda value in it's current form, and it's somewhat confusing.

Not a problem that a little wordsmithing wouldn't take care of. ;)

jes1994,

I have no access to this subject anymore. I'll place his picture into my portrait gallery instead. Will re-shoot the idea and plan it better later his Spring.
