Weaver Super Slam Euro

I don't have the Euro, but do have a 3-15x50 Super Slam, and also two Weaver Classic Extreme's that the Super Slam series replaced.
The high end Weavers are some really good optics for the money.
Very good light gathering, great glass, excellent tracking and repeat-ability with the turrets.I also really like the way the turrets turn/lock and set to zero.

I'd compare the clarity of the Weaver's to my Sightron SIII series scopes, with the Weavers having a little darker coatings on the lenses. They aren't as bright as my Sightron,Zeiss,or Swarovski scopes, but they are very clear and work great.

I'll concur with TXhillbilly's assessment on the merits. I do have a super slam euro scope, but it's the 1.5-6x model. My only complaints are:

1: 1/4moa clicks don't belong on a 'euro' scope. Would much prefer 0.1mil.

2: The illumination dial is easily rotated inadvertently, leading to lots of dead batteries.

Other than that, it's a great scope for the money.
