well got a used stoeger by uberti 45c soon coming

well went to buy a new pistol today as I was gonna order a new ruger convertible in 45c/45acp and put it on layaway as of course i'm not rich or anything but he had a stoeger by uberti in 45c 1873 saa revolver there used in nice condition for $349 so of course I really liked it so I bought it and now are waitin on the delay by the feds to pass so I can go back and get it! so next week sometime I should have this pistol! so this we as wife and I can afford to pay for this one as the new one we didn't have enough cash for the new one and this one is affordable so it all worked out and didn't need layaway! so now come on feds so I can go pickup the new toy!

If there is a waiting period in Oklahoma it must be a city ordinance.

There is no Federal waiting Period.
And there is no state waiting period in Oklahoma.

The dealer calls the feds for the instant background check when you make the purchase.
But they normally do that while you are standing there counting out your money.

I'd ask for further clarification on that deal there if I were you.
